Angie, David, Megan & Robert are absolutely amazing people!! The service they provided was not just 'cleaning up a mess,' they are genuinely caring people, who understand the difficult positions families may be put in. Not only did they tackle the dirty job, but they were also a support group for us! The care and attention we received was an unexpected experience and very much appreciated during a very difficult time for our family. Bio One arrived the day after a horribly tragic and emotional death. Every person I spoke with from Bio One was nothing but compassionate from a place of deep understanding and kindness. They met me during the worst week of my life, gave me hugs, offered true understanding and did an amazing job of clean up. Part of a floor needed to be removed and they replaced it with such care and precision, even leaving the premises when a family member showed up unexpectedly out of respect for the experience of grief. No one ever thinks they will be in a position to need their services but I feel nothing but gratitude for what they did and how they did this.
