Angie, David, Megan & Robert are absolutely amazing people!! The service they provided was not just 'cleaning up a mess,' they are genuinely caring people, who understand the difficult positions families may be put in. Not only did they tackle the dirty job, but they were also a support group for us! The care and attention we received was an unexpected experience and very much appreciated during a very difficult time for our family. I hope no one else has to endure what we were forced to deal with, but if you need a team to help you out - there's no place better to call than Bio-One. Thank you all for everything. The house sold in 5 days. Couldn't have done this without you.

I contacted Bio-One to assist with a biohazard clean-up in my home. I called them about 7:00 a.m. They were to my house before 8:30 a.m. and their work was finished before 12:00 p.m. on that same day. They were professional, efficient, and very sensitive to my circumstances. They took the initiative to submit their invoice directly to my insurance company, saving me time and administration in doing so myself. They also followed up with me a few days after their service to coordinate additional services needed to return my home into it's previous condition. I highly recommend Bio-One - they were true professionals with the needed compassion to get me back into my home as soon as possible.

We recently found ourselves in a situation with our rental property that we thought we would never be able to recover from. From the first phone conversation with David, he put our minds at ease. David, Angie and the entire team did a fantastic job. They were professional and discreet, worked quickly to put things to right and even provided quotes for other contractors such as painting and flooring. We highly recommend Bio-One, and cannot thank them enough for their professional and quick service.

Angie is so kind and supportive, and worked with my overall needs. Her team is great at jumping in and getting things cleared out. They follow particular requests very well and are extremely respectful of my feelings and property. I liked working with them on the project, and found their positivity a big boost when letting go of my years of stored stuff. Thanks so much!

Bio One was asked to assist with repair to a room - a floor and a wall, due to an unfortunate occurrence which resulted in a death of a loved one. There response was immediate, timely, sensitive and resulted in a complete and proper restoration. Would not hesitate to seek their expertise.

Angie, David and their team were incredible and helped us out immediately when we were in great need and on a very tight time schedule. They offer so many helpful services and were able to meet all of our needs the next day. They were kind, compassionate, caring, discrete and very good communicators. Their prices were so fair and they went above and beyond for our family. We are forever grateful for their services. If you have a hoarding situation on your hands that feels so overwhelming that you can't imagine how you would remedy it, call them, they are angels and can do it. Thanks again Angie, David and team!
