The company and its staff are professional and amazing. They made their motto come true: "We're here to help people." Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, the house had human wastes on the carpets of most rooms and all the wooden floors. Bio-One responded immediately. The owner clearly communicated the cost and gave an estimate. The cleaning staff was respectful and worked hard. The staff gave me an option of where I wanted their service and gave me tips on how to clean the wooden floors by myself. The staff even came out a second time to clean the carpets when some stains turned darker a week after the cleaning. They helped heal a traumatic experience. I highly recommend then.

Bio-One did some extensive basement clearing and cleaning for us during a job that included carrying up and disposing of heavy old furniture. They donate and recycle items appropriately and worked efficiently and expeditiously. The crew consisted of hard workers who to a person were good-natured and a pleasure to work with. We were able to get a job done in one day that we were dreading and that could easily have taken us weeks. We highly recommend them!

I contacted Bio-One to assist with a biohazard clean-up in my home. I called them about 7:00 a.m. They were to my house before 8:30 a.m. and their work was finished before 12:00 p.m. on that same day. They were professional, efficient, and very sensitive to my circumstances. They took the initiative to submit their invoice directly to my insurance company, saving me time and administration in doing so myself. They also followed up with me a few days after their service to coordinate additional services needed to return my home into it's previous condition. I highly recommend Bio-One - they were true professionals with the needed compassion to get me back into my home as soon as possible.

We called on Sunday and they came the same day. All of the work was done in a few hours and they submitted the claim directly to my home owners insurance. I never want to need their help again, but would recommend their services to anyone who needs a bio cleanup.
