Bio One arrived the day after a horribly tragic and emotional death. Every person I spoke with from Bio One was nothing but compassionate from a place of deep understanding and kindness. They met me during the worst week of my life, gave me hugs, offered true understanding and did an amazing job of clean up. Part of a floor needed to be removed and they replaced it with such care and precision, even leaving the premises when a family member showed up unexpectedly out of respect for the experience of grief. No one ever thinks they will be in a position to need their services but I feel nothing but gratitude for what they did and how they did this.

Angela, David, and their coworker at BioOne did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job for us. They were exceptionally sensitive to a rough situation, extremely professional, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Very timely. The work was done beautifully and quickly, and they made it look like a "home" again. Nice extra touches too. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone (personal or business).
